We grow and harvest laminaria seaweed in sea farms in the pristine waters of Lillebælt as well as in the bay of Ålbæk in the North-tip of Denmark. We cultivate dulse in a landbased tank cultivation cluster in Middelfart and have an additional cultivation of dulse on net structures that features an innovative growout system.

We operate a full recirculated urban farming tank system in Ostenfeld close to Hamburg. We grow a diverse number of seaweed species and supply restaurants with our fresh seaweed.

We grow seaweed on longlines in an innovative deep-sea farming system and work with a large number of small-scale farmers (mostly women) in an on-shore seaweed cultivation process. We grow Eucheuma cottonii and Eucheuma spinosum. The strong tides of the Tanzanian sea makes the coastline more than suitable for seaweed cultivation and at the same time Aurelis is adapting various cultivation techniques to scoop the potential of a rich marine environment.
