In the beginning of April the RAV project partners, went on excursion to Enorm Biofactory in middle Jutland. The factory is the largest insect factory in Northern Europe, and has unlocked an enormous potential, in utilising waste- and side streams from the agriculture- and food sector. It has been very inspiring to see the factory, and get us a step closer to providing feed from the aquaculture sector to these tiny bugs.
